Refund Policy
Within 30 days of purchase, Vital Tree will accept the return of product purchased directly from Vital Tree. Vital Tree cannot process returns for products purchased from another source. Indirect orders of products and services must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.
Product Returns
To return a product purchased from Vital Tree within the last 30 days:
Please provide the following information:
- the receipt number
- your name
- the number of bottles you are returning
- the lot and expiry numbers (found on product label)
- the reason for the return
Product Refunds
After Vital Tree receives the return information; the refund process takes two to four weeks. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, Vital Tree will credit the same credit card account; if you ordered by money order you will receive a refund check in the mail. Shipping charges are not refunded.
